Server Log Files

Servers are located in the United States. Data transfer to the USA is based on the EU Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs). Replit processes data on our behalf and solely according to our instructions.

6. Newsletter Service

We use Beehiiv (Beehiiv Inc., USA) for newsletter distribution. When you sign up for the newsletter, your email address is stored by Beehiiv. The signup process uses double opt-in to ensure your consent. Beehiiv uses your data exclusively for sending the newsletter on our behalf.

Data transfer to the USA is based on the EU Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs). You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link provided in each email.

7. Digital Products & Payment

We offer digital products such as e-books and AI agent consulting services. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. (510 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA). When you make a purchase, Stripe processes your payment data (e.g. credit card details) directly. We do not store your payment details on our servers.
